What Town of Sins is
Town of Sins is a collectible card game for the browser, published and developed by Hooligapps according to its Nutaku page. The player takes over a very proper-looking town one district at a time, using a growing deck of cards that fight in combo-driven battles. It is free to play, with a page note that free games may include in-game purchases, it runs in a PC browser, and it carries explicit adult content in an anime and hentai style.
A reader who stops here knows the shape of it: a long-running, event-heavy browser card game, with a large card pool and a story told partly through comic books.
How it plays
The premise on the Nutaku page is a comic setup. The town looks respectable and its women are described as real ladies, while the player's character is a bum who got drunk with a crowd, wonders how he ended up in the middle of nowhere and has decided to corrupt the place rather than die of boredom. The Hooligapps page tells the same story with a few more details. A bender has led the hero to what it calls a tiresome town, where the women dress in long skirts and bulky sweaters, and the hero decides to rise to the challenge instead of leaving. The stated aim is to make the town a destination for the world to see, one that attracts entertainment-seeking sinners, and the page warns that converting it will not be easy: the player should be ready to fight those who oppose the scheme. New acquaintances and fresh rivals appear along the way and spur new storylines. The tone throughout is crude humor, not drama.
The progression structure is districts. The player wins battles, takes over a district, moves to the next, and the page says every district and every event comes with its own comic book. Many cards, which the page calls Mythic cards, have comic books of their own. The Hooligapps page also says the player invites a carousel of characters into town to raise its popularity.
Cards are the core. The Nutaku page says the game has a huge collection, puts it at over 700 cards in the developer's own count, and says new cards are introduced every month. Each card is a character with at least 5 secret combo strikes and, by the same list, at least 5 transformations built into it. Combos between cards matter more than individual cards: the page says cards can form combos with each other, and that each combo gives the card a new transformation that makes it stronger. A card also learns special transformations by being sent to courses, which is how the page describes powering up. Besides cards, the game has combat leaders, also called avatars, each with their own quirks, and the player is encouraged to explore combos and assemble the right deck for each new situation. The developer sums up the battles as a combat experience built on an extensive array of combinations, and ties all the comic books and events into what it calls one story line. A Live Event countdown on the Nutaku page shows that events run on a timer.
The Hooligapps page lists the genre as CCG, names unique card mechanics as a feature, and names several recurring characters under the headings Courtesan, Bee, Fury and Futa. It also calls out an evolving plot and what it terms extreme fetishes, and animations as a feature. Its page title calls Town of Sins a turn-based browser game, so battles are played in turns. The pages do not explain deck size or how a battle is scored beyond the combo system.
Content and themes
The Nutaku tag list reads Big Breasts, CCG, Collection, Free to Play, Futanari, Hardcore, Hentai, Maid, Nudity and Porn Theme. In plain terms that means explicit adult content, a hentai art style, a cast that includes maids and futanari characters, and a game that does not keep the content in the background. The Hooligapps page lists Futa among the game's characters, tells the player that futa characters are waiting, and names extreme fetishes as a key feature. The Futanari tag and that character are where the game touches on gender themes, and the pages use no other label of that kind.
The Nutaku page calls the town's women ladies and housewives. The pages frame the player's mission as seduction in a comic key, with the town's prudes as the target.
The setting is a small town the pages describe as dull and proper, and the Nutaku tags put the art in a hentai style. The events add variety: one named Fiction to Friction is about a character who draws manga and whose creation comes to life, and the player raises a samurai to help.
Platforms and where to get it
The Nutaku page says the game is available on PC Browser, and its Play Free Now button starts it there. The Hooligapps page lists the platform as Browser. The page does not name an Android or iOS version of this game, a downloadable client or any system requirement.
The developer runs two sites for it. The Hooligapps page at hooligapps.com/play-town-of-sins describes the game as a turn-based browser game, lists English and Japanese as its languages, gives a player count of 1 500 000+ as the developer's own figure and has its own Play Now button. The standalone site townofsins.com opens on an age verification screen for visitors over 18 and names EPOCH.COM and SegPay.com as its authorized payment processors. The Nutaku page lists German, Russian, Japanese and English as languages.
The studio behind it describes itself on its About page as a developer and publisher of adult games, established in 2012 and known for browser games, which matches the browser-only platform line on both of this game's pages.
Price and model
The model is free to play, with the usual note on Nutaku that free games may include in-game purchases. A sale post on the Nutaku page speaks of currencies in the plural, so the game has more than one, and on the game's own site purchases run through the payment processors that site names. The pages do not name the currencies or list a price for them.
As of October 2026 the one figure on the game's pages that touches spending is a sale post dated 2026/08/04, which offered 50% off all currencies in the game from July 30 to August 6. It shows that currency sales run for a few days at a time.
Development state and version
June 27, 2022 is the release date on the game's Nutaku listing, read in October 2026. The same listing says regular updates are posted every two weeks, with new events, districts, cards and battle combos added, while one line of its feature text announces new updates every week, so the page gives both rhythms. The footer of the game's own site prints a version string, 3.6.20, without saying what it counts.
The news feed on the Nutaku page, as it stands in October 2026, shows event posts dated 2026/07/25, 2026/08/04 and 2026/08/08. The first is the Cum Laude event, about a coach who arrives to hold workshops for the town's housewives, the second is the currency sale, and the third is Fiction to Friction. The event posts are the visible record of activity.
Who it suits
Town of Sins suits a player who wants a free browser card game with a large collection, combo play and a steady flow of events and comic-book stories, and who is comfortable with a crude comic tone and explicit content. It opens in a desktop browser from Nutaku or from the developer's own site, and it has been running since 2022 with a stated update rhythm.
It is a weaker fit for anyone who wants to play on a phone through a dedicated app, since the pages name only the browser. A reader who dislikes games built on timed events and constant updates should weigh the event countdown and the update schedule, and anyone watching spending goes in knowing there are several in-game currencies to buy. The humor is deliberately coarse, which will put some readers off as surely as it draws others.
