What Hentai Heroes is
Hentai Heroes is a free browser RPG from the studio Kinkoid, built around collecting a harem of heroines drawn from a manga-style universe and competing against other players. The studio's page calls it "a free, addictive, RPG, browser game", and says it is also playable on Nutaku and Eroges. The home of the game is hentaiheroes.com, the studio offers it as an installable web app for desktops and phones, and nothing has to be paid to begin. The adult content is explicit and uncensored. Whoever wants a long-running collection game with weekly updates and a competitive layer, and is fine with that content, has the answer in these lines.
How it plays
The developer's page sets up the premise in a few lines. The girls come from the "manga universe, beloved comic books, popular games", and the player is their Hero. The player travels a fantasy world, charms its inhabitants and grows a harem, then defeats other players and the Sex Champions with what the page calls sexual prowess. In practice this is a collection and team-building RPG with timed events and a ladder.
The Nutaku page, titled Harem Heroes, gives the mechanics in more detail. Missions send the player to find girls and invite them to the harem, and some can be saved from villains or won over in Pachinko draws, split into Epic, Event and Mythic versions. Each girl has an affection level. The page says gifts raise it and higher affection raises her skills. The hero is built up with equipment from a market.
Combat is called "RPG Harem Performances". Per the Nutaku page the player leads these displays with different strategies and stat management, and a judge decides whose showing wins. A "Harem Boost" feature advances the girls to bring the harem to its full capacity. The stat side is where depth sits: which girls to train and which equipment to buy.
Competition has several arenas. The Nutaku summary speaks of strategic harem battles against other players, and the feature list sets the goal as first place on the international and national leaderboards. Both the studio's page and the Nutaku page name the Sex Champions, who on Nutaku's account reward a harem that impresses them with girls and other awards. Clubs let the player join forces with others to win group rewards, and the game page includes a club chat. The game page also carries a message telling new players to come back when the harem holds 15 girls, in the context of creating or joining a club.
Events set the pace. The developer's page says each month brings 4 arousing events to complete, and the Nutaku page describes monthly events that introduce new girls with daily missions. Story is delivered in a visual novel format, with humor and references to manga, comic books, video games and pop culture, as the Nutaku page puts it.
The Nutaku page gives a girl count of "over 369 (and counting)" in the Haremverse. A 2022 retrospective on the studio's blog gives another figure, 1342 girls in Hentai Heroes, and says the game passed more than 1000 recruits that year. Each total is Kinkoid's own, printed at a different time. The studio's page for the game also displays a counter of 6,452,331 players and a 4.4/5 rating, both the studio's figures. The same 2022 retrospective says a Harem Messenger feature was added to Hentai Heroes that year. The Nutaku listing offers German, Japanese, English, Italian, French and Spanish.
Content and themes
The Nutaku tags set out the content. Genres are Action, Adventure and Casual. Tags include Fantasy, Comedy, Bunnygirl, Harem, Hardcore, Kinky, Nudity, Porn Theme, Uncensored, Western, PVP, Leaderboard and Mobile Friendly. The Nutaku page promises "hundreds of uncensored hentai illustrations, accessible to all players for free" and the studio's page calls the Haremverse "made of wet dreams and kinky hentai fantasies". The studio's site asks visitors whether they are over 18.
For the anime and hentai category, the art and the cast are the answer: the girls come from a manga universe, the studio's blog files the game under an Anime tag, and the content is described as hentai. The harem side is the structure of the game itself, since recruiting and developing a team of girls is the main loop. The fantasy tag matches the "fantastic world" the developer's page describes, and the tone is comic, backed by the Comedy tag and the page's promise of humor and hilarious references.
Sexual content is part of the game's progression. Affection levels, gifts and the framing of fights all tie into it, so it is not an optional layer on an otherwise ordinary RPG.
Platforms and where to get it
The developer's own address for the game is hentaiheroes.com, and it plays in a browser. The Nutaku page lists the game as available on Android, PC browser and mobile browser, and offers an APK file under "Download Android App (APK file)". It adds a notice that to play that version of Harem Heroes the player should open the page from a mobile device. The developer's page says the game is also playable on Nutaku and Eroges.
Hentai Heroes heads the list of .com games in Kinkoid's 2023 article about its progressive web apps, which the article shortens to the HH PWA. The app is installed from the browser on a desktop or an Android phone and through Safari on iOS, and the article presents it as the simpler successor to the studio's earlier APKs. Nutaku's tag list for the game includes iOS and 64 Bit APK, and no App Store listing is named anywhere.
Price and model
The model is free to play. The developer's page describes the game as free, and the Nutaku page says "Free Games may include in-game purchases." Free to Play is one of the Nutaku tags, and the illustrations are described as accessible to all players for free. Hentai Heroes comes first in the harem games group of the studio's FAQ page, whose help sections include "Payments" and "Free Kobans", and the FAQ links an English and a French Hentai Heroes forum.
In October 2026 neither the studio's page nor the Nutaku page states a price for any item inside the game.
Development state and version
As of October 2026 the Nutaku page lists a release date of July 25, 2016, and the studio's blog carries a post called 10 Years of HH, a letter dated September 15, 2026, and a June 2026 post titled 10 Years of Kinkoid. The Nutaku page also shows weekly patch notes. The October 7th notes, labeled Week #41, list Adventure World 21, The Physical Lands, with Quest 9, "Keeping the Trains Running". The September 30th notes say Adventurous Nula will be added to the Penta Drill pool on the 5th of October, and the September 23rd notes report that nothing new lands.
A version or build number is not part of what the pages print in October 2026. They show a maintained game with new adventure content and new girls arriving through weekly patches.
Who it suits
Hentai Heroes suits a player who wants a free browser or phone game with a manga-style cast and a long collection and competition loop, who likes managing stats and teams, and who is happy to return regularly for the 4 monthly events and the daily missions. The Nutaku listing offers a spread of languages, including German, Japanese and Spanish.
It is less suited to someone who wants a finished story with an ending: the story is told in visual novel passages inside an ongoing service, with daily missions, ladders and timed events making up a large share of play. Prices for purchases are absent from the store page, and the club features sit behind the 15-girl requirement. The content is explicit throughout, so it is not for anyone who wants adult material kept to a minimum.
