What Cloud Meadow is
Cloud Meadow is a fantasy simulation and adventure game that mixes running a farm with RPG battles and a story-driven plot, and it carries explicit adult content. The GOG page lists the company as Team Nimbus / TinyHat Studios, supports Windows officially, and sells the game DRM free. The developer's SubscribeStar page calls it "A Sexy Farming Dungeon Adventure!" and is where supporters get beta builds ahead of the store. As of October 2026 the GOG page states that the game is in Early Access, so the story and systems are still growing. It is a single-player farming sim with a lighthearted fantasy tone, a party to build and a lot of adult material.
How it plays
The GOG description sets the premise. The player is a newly appointed Frontiersman, sent on a special assignment to venture into the wild unknown and help a diverse community of colorful characters. The job is to establish a farm, foster a healthy social life and, in the page's word, breed with colleagues, who are the monsterfolk living around the frontier. Poachers are disturbing the natural ecosystem the player has sworn to protect, and the player teams up with the monster friends to fight back against people who exploit the land out of greed. The page sums the design up as equal parts farming simulator, RPG and narrative-driven adventure.
The page lists four things the player does. The first is to cultivate a cozy farm: plant seeds, grow crops and take charge of a personal homestead. The second is battle, which the page describes as hybrid active-turn-based RPG fights. The third is the adult layer, which the developer calls breeding and bonding with colleagues, and which the page says comes with over 50 animated sex scenes. That count is the developer's claim. The fourth is crafting and customization, covering cooking, party customization and farm upgrades.
The tags back this up: Simulation, Adventure, Fantasy, Casual, Indie, JRPG, Romance and Farming. The page marks the game as single-player and gives English as the audio and text language. Its own line for the mix is that there is always something new around the corner.
The SubscribeStar page adds some texture about what is being built. Work-in-progress art posts are titled for places in the game, such as a basement area and a lamia village, and carry a Dungeons tag. Supporter tiers also receive a monthly password for a cheat interface covering all builds from that month, which tells a reader that the beta builds ship with a cheat layer.
Content and themes
The GOG page opens with a notice that the game contains mature content recommended only for ages 18 and older, and a second notice that it may not be appropriate for all ages or for viewing at work. The developer describes the game as lighthearted fantasy with frequent sexual interactions between humans and a variety of fantasy creatures such as ogres and demons. The page's content list, introduced as "not limited to", names BDSM, Femdom, Group Sex, Rough Sex, Gay and Lesbian content and Impregnation.
The GOG tags add Female Protagonist, Mature, Sexual Content, Nudity, NSFW, LGBTQ+ and Hentai. Read together, they place the game in the adult fantasy farming niche with a female lead and a mixed cast. The SubscribeStar page refers to sex scenes in both high-definition and sprite form, and its tiers mention pinups and splash images made monthly.
Platforms and where to get it
The GOG page states that Cloud Meadow is officially supported on Windows and that the page's Works on line lists Windows. It names no Mac, Linux, Android, iOS or browser version. GOG is the store the page itself belongs to, and the game is sold DRM free there: no activation or online connection is needed to play, and an offline installer is available without GOG Galaxy. The page says Galaxy is optional and is used for achievements and cloud saves. It also notes that some bonus content might need an internet connection to download.
The second official place is the developer's SubscribeStar page, where supporter builds are posted.
The minimum system requirements printed on the GOG page are 32-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10, a dual core 1.8 GHz processor, 4 GB of RAM, a DirectX 11 and Shader Model 5.0 compatible graphics card in the GeForce 400, Radeon HD 5000 or Intel HD 4000 class, DirectX version 11, 15 GB of storage and a minimum resolution of 1280x720.
Price and model
The durable fact is that Cloud Meadow is sold as a one-time store purchase on GOG while the developer is also funded by monthly supporters on SubscribeStar. GOG states that its games are DRM free and that it offers full refunds up to 30 days. The GOG page shows the price in the buyer's selected currency, with CHF, EUR and USD on offer, and in October 2026 it shows a store rating of 3.2 out of 5 from 21 reviews.
The SubscribeStar tiers form a ladder in which each level includes the ones below it. As of October 2026 the page lists them as follows. Human Pauper is $2 a month and gives access to the earliest builds, a 1 day early look at work-in-progress pictures and exclusive access to NSFW work-in-progress pictures. Monster Farmhand is $5 a month and adds the monthly cheat password and "Moments out of Life" animated gifs, with Discord benefits. Guild Frontiersman is $10 a month and adds monthly pinups and high-resolution splash images.
The upper tiers let supporters shape the game. In the same October 2026 reading, Union Sheriff is $20 a month and allows votes in the regular polls for high-definition and sprite scenes. Tribal Chief is $50 a month and lets a supporter submit one item idea per month, with Discord access required. Wizard is $100 a month, includes everything from Human Pauper through Union Sheriff, and lets a supporter submit a character design that becomes a non-player character with a front and back sprite, a custom name plate, up to 5 lines of dialogue and a say in where the character can be found. The page notes this does not include portraits or animations.
Development state and version
The GOG page states, as read in October 2026, that the game is in Early Access, and its game details give a release date of March 3, 2020, with 2020 and Team Nimbus in the product details. The page does not state a version number for the store build. On SubscribeStar the newest beta build post, Beta v0.2.6.4, is dated Sep 28, 2026 and the one before it, Beta v0.2.6.3, Aug 27, 2026. Both were posted for the tiers from $2 to $50. The same page shows a September 2026 monthly code post and work-in-progress art posts from late August 2026. The pages publish no roadmap and no date for a finished version.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits a reader who wants a Windows farming sim with turn-based style RPG battles and a story, who is comfortable with a heavy adult content list that includes creature pairings and BDSM, and who likes following a project while it is being built. DRM-free files and an offline installer will appeal to anyone who dislikes launchers. The supporter ladder also suits someone who wants a say in the game, from scene polls up to a character of their own design.
It is a poor match for a player who wants a finished game with a fixed ending, since in October 2026 the store build is still in Early Access. It also does not fit anyone on Mac, Linux or a phone, because only Windows is named, or anyone who does not want recurring pledges, since the earliest builds sit behind monthly SubscribeStar tiers.
