What the game is
NinNin Days 2 is a visual novel for Windows from the developer qureate, published by Medibang Inc according to its Nutaku page. The Nutaku page tags it with Romance, Slice of Life, Harem, Funny and Uncensored, and the story is a comedy built around 2 female ninja who turn up in a convenience store and change the life of the clerk who feeds them. It is a one-time purchase download, and the text comes in Japanese, English and Chinese.
GOG's description sums it up as a romance adventure set in Akihabara about a slightly naughty roommate life with the 2 ninja. It is a light, character-driven adult romance with a comic premise and several routes, not a combat game, and it is neither free nor available on phones.
How it plays
The player reads and follows the story as a man working the night shift at a convenience store in a state of daze. A customer comes in to ask for a meat bun, and the clerk watches her and her boyfriend link arms affectionately and leave. As he is thinking how nice it would be to have a girlfriend, 2 women in ninja cosplay show up. They stare at the goods without buying anything and chat about ninja techniques. When he calls out to prevent theft, it turns out they have no money, and he buys a bento for the 2 of them as they plead. The page says his life is turned upside down from the moment he meets them.
The Nutaku page profiles both ninja. Suzuran is a ninja who came to Akihabara with Kikyō to carry out a certain mission. She suffers from typical Chuunibyō delusions of grandeur and claims one eye has a different color because of an evil eye, when it is a color contact, and she says the bandage on her arm hides a sealed black dragon from the demon world. She likes to make fun of Kikyō, but her jokes tend to miss, and the protagonist often ends up teasing her instead.
Kikyō is a ninja from the same village, described as innocent, ditzy and erotic, and a first-rate ninja despite her airheaded streak. She has a little more common sense than Suzuran and is admired by her, though she gets a lot of flak for her clumsiness. She treats Suzuran's antics with warmth and understanding. The page says she often becomes the victim of the protagonist's accidental groping, and calls her a machine for creating sexual situations out of thin air. The MangaGamer page for the same game names a third character, Sumire, the daughter of her village's chief, who has all the knowledge and skills for ninja work but is a bit of a klutz and loves to eat.
The Nutaku page lists the key features as smooth character animation through the E-mote system, different routes and endings, high quality event CGs and a story set in an actual Japanese town. The tag list adds Multiple Endings, so the game has routes that lead to different outcomes. The pages do not state how many routes or endings there are or how the player picks a route. The GOG page lists the game as single-player with cloud saves and an overlay, and gives the genres as Adventure, Narrative and Visual Novel. The GOG product details name the companies as qureate, iMel Inc. and MediBang Inc.
Content and themes
The Nutaku page lists the genre as Visual Novel and the tags Romance, Story Rich, Male Protagonist, Uncensored, Slice of Life, Ninja, Anime, Cute, DRM Free, Harem, Threesome, Multiple Endings and Funny. The MangaGamer page, read for the same game, lists a rating of without mosaics and the categories Animation, Drama, Big Boobs and Ninja. The GOG page tags it Adventure, Visual Novel, Mature, Sexual Content, Nudity, NSFW, Narrative, Romance, Hentai and Ninja, and states that all characters involved in sexual content are over the age of 18. It lists a DLC named NinNinDays 2 - unrated patch.
The harem side is stated in the Harem and Threesome tags and shows in the setup: both ninja move into the same protagonist's life, and MangaGamer profiles Sumire alongside them. The pages do not say whether the routes are shared or exclusive. On the anime side, Nutaku tags the game Anime and Cute, GOG adds Hentai, and the release is uncensored per the Nutaku tag and the MangaGamer rating. The tone is comic, driven by Chuunibyō bluster and clumsy ninja mishaps, and MangaGamer files the game in its Moege section.
Platforms and where to get it
The Nutaku page lists Windows Desktop as the only platform, with a download size of 1.41 gb. The languages are Japanese, English and Chinese. The Nutaku page also carries a DRM Free tag. The MangaGamer page lists Windows 10 and Windows 8 and says the game is partially voiced. The GOG page says the game is officially supported on Windows, lists English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Japanese for audio and text, and says GOG games are DRM free and can be played offline. It adds that GOG Galaxy is not needed: a fully offline installer is available, and Galaxy is optional for cloud saves and achievements.
NinNin Days 2 is sold on 3 stores, Nutaku, MangaGamer and GOG. MangaGamer asks for a date of birth and GOG for confirmation of being 18 or older before the game's page opens.
GOG lists minimum requirements of Windows 8.1 or 10, 2 GB of RAM, HD Graphics 620, DirectX 9.0 and 1 GB of storage, and recommended requirements of 4 GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 1030 and a display of 1280x720 or higher.
Price and model
All 3 stores sell NinNin Days 2 the same way: pay once, download, keep. In October 2026 Nutaku asks $14.99 for it and MangaGamer $14.95. The GOG page shows its price in the buyer's selected currency, with CHF, EUR and USD on offer, and promises full refunds up to 30 days. GOG also shows a store user rating of 4.4/5 from 1 review that month.
Development state and version
All 3 stores present a finished release with no roadmap. In October 2026 the Nutaku page gives the version as 1 and a release date of February 21, 2022. The MangaGamer page, read the same month, gives an on-sale date of Feb 10, 2022 for its listing, and names qureate as developer and Medibang as publisher, which matches Nutaku. The 2 dates differ and the pages do not explain the gap.
Who it suits
This suits a reader who wants a comic harem romance with 2 ninja heroines, animated characters, several routes, uncensored scenes and a story set in a real Japanese town, on a Windows PC. The language options include English.
It suits less a reader who wants a ninja action game, a game on a phone or tablet, or a long campaign, because the pages give none of those. The profile of Kikyō leans on slapstick mishaps with the protagonist, which a reader who dislikes that comic mode should weigh. The MangaGamer page notes the game is only partially voiced.
